Local Pickup:
We do offer Local Pickup option for those who are in our area. If you’d like to pick up your order please email us with what you'd like to order and we will pull the order for your. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup. You will need to pay and pick up your order at our storefront location which is located at 111 w Main Street, #200, Garner, NC 27529

Privacy Policy:
​Please be assured that none of your personal information (including, but not limited to: name, address, email address, phone number, payment information, bank account information, etc.) will ever be shared with anyone.  All information gathered is for our company use only.  Credit Card information is NOT stored for future purchases.

​We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases. If you purchase one of our regularly stocked products (excludes custom – see below regarding custom products) and are not happy with it please contact us.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom orders unless there has been an in-house error. Custom orders would be a product that you have requested a specific blend of any of the following (but not limited to): teas, coffees, packaging, labeling. If you are sent the wrong product we will correct the issue.

Since many of our products are custom made for each client it is important that you order exactly what you are looking for. If you are in the Garner (or surrounding areas) of NC we have all of our teas available for you to taste and smell to see what your preferences may be. This will ensure that your order is what you expected it to be.

Shipping Procedures:
​Being that each product is blended and packaged at the time the order is placed, there is a minimum 48 business hour turn-around time for processing and shipping (some products may take up to 2 weeks for turn-around). Some custom blends may take more than 2 weeks turn-around time as some ingredients may need to be special order. Should a custom order have longer than a 2 week turn-around time we will contact you with the option to proceed or cancel the order prior to beginning production. We make every effort to get orders processed and shipped ASAP. However, at certain times of the year (ex. holidays) delivery times may be extended due to higher demand, vacation/holiday hours (for both us and our suppliers), and longer shipping times so plan accordingly and message us for current shipping times.

We are happy to ship to a PO Box. However, we are not responsible for packages left unclaimed at the post office.

Due to the nature of our products we advise having someone personally accept packages. Please be sure to provide a ship-to address that generally has someone present that can accept delivery. We are not responsible for packages left outside by any mail/package carrier. Nor are we responsible for packages that are not picked up or alternate delivery arrangements made once notice is left by the carrier about an attempted delivery of a package.

Any errors must be reported within 7 business days of receipt of the package. Please check your packages carefully when they arrive.

We generally use USPS for all of our shipping. However, we reserve the right to use the carrier service of our choice. If a specific carrier is requested additional fees may be charged.

Wholesale Purchasing:
​Wholesale purchasing is available to verifiable retail establishments.  In order to receive our wholesale information please sent the following information to us at

Please note that we are not allowing eBay or other online auction sales of our products at this time.

We reserve the right to deny wholesale purchasing privileges at our discretion.

At this time, we offer wholesale purchasing on our teas and limited accessories.

Minimum purchases may apply. Co-branding will incur additional charges and setup fees based on requirements/customer requests. We do not offer Private Labeling at this time.

Custom Blending & Co-Branding for Wholesale:

Custom Blends and co-branding have minimum purchase requirements of 10# (this can be assorted sizes to meet the minimum or all a single size). 

Custom Blends and co-branding have a minimum of 2 week turn-around time.

Sales Tax:
​Sales tax will be charged to all orders shipped to a NC address. The exception is approved wholesale accounts.

International Orders:
​At this time we are only shipping to addresses in the United States (50 states). We are not currently shipping in territories of the USA (Guam, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands). And we are not currently shipping to Canada. But we will keep you posted as these options become available.

Payment Types Accepted:
​We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards, checks, and money orders.  Cash is accepted for in-person purchases.  No orders are shipped without payment in full.  If making payment via check, your order will not begin production or ship until payment funds have cleared.

​No information on this website or any other printed literature, etc may be reproduced in any way without prior written permission.  All website graphics, designs, and images are copyright © Steep Right Up™ & Melodie Hand.  This includes, but is not limited to: website content, website graphics, website images, all company-provided literature, catalog, brochures, etc. Steep Right Up™ utilizes graphics, tubes, and other types of images from purchased memberships or license agreements with various graphic design and stock image companies.  These images are used to create literature, labels, etc presented in the Steep Right Up™ product line.  The individual elements have copyrights that are held by various companies.  Steep Right Up™ & Melodie Hand holds the copyright on the finished products unless otherwise noted.
