New Blend Non-Exclusive New Blend Exclusive Step 2: Choose a Base Tea Start by selecting a base tea to build your blend upon. Re-Order - Minor Tweaks $39 Minor tweaks can be made such as rearranging the order/flavor profile of existing ingredients. Price includes shipping for one 2oz bag of your new blend. If you’d like to pick up your order please email us with what you'd like to order and we will pull the order for your. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup. You will need to pay and pick up your order at our storefront location which is located at 111 w Main Street, #200, Garner, NC 27529 . Privacy Policy: Please be assured that none of your personal information (including, but not limited to: name, address, email address, phone number, payment information, bank account information, etc.) will ever be shared with anyone. All information gathered is for our company use only. Credit Card information is NOT stored for future purchases. Returns/Refunds/Exchanges: We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases. If you purchase one of our regularly stocked products (excludes custom – see below regarding custom products) and are not happy with it please contact us. If you are in the Garner (or surrounding areas) of NC we have all of our teas available for you to taste and smell to see what your preferences may be. This will ensure that your order is what you expected it to be. Shipping Procedures: Being that each product is blended and packaged at the time the order is placed, there is a minimum 48 business hour turn-around time for processing and shipping (some products may take up to 2 weeks for turn-around). Some custom blends may take more than 2 weeks turn-around time as some ingredients may need to be special order. Should a custom order have longer than a 2 week turn-around time we will contact you with the option to proceed or cancel the order prior to beginning production. We make every effort to get orders processed and shipped ASAP. However, at certain times of the year (ex. holidays) delivery times may be extended due to higher demand, vacation/holiday hours (for both us and our suppliers), and longer shipping times so plan accordingly and message us for current shipping times. We are happy to ship to a PO Box. However, we are not responsible for packages left unclaimed at the post office. Due to the nature of our products we advise having someone personally accept packages. Please be sure to provide a ship-to address that generally has someone present that can accept delivery. We are not responsible for packages left outside by any mail/package carrier. Nor are we responsible for packages that are not picked up or alternate delivery arrangements made once notice is left by the carrier about an attempted delivery of a package. We will automatically charge your payment method on your scheduled renewal date until you cancel the subscription. Shipping & Pickup: Standard shipping rates apply. Local pickup may be selected at checkout. To ensure the correct shipping rate is carried forward to future orders, please purchase subscription items separately from one-time purchases . You can purchase multiple subscription teas together. Skipping a Shipment: Need to skip a cycle? Contact us at least 3 days before your next billing date, and we'll skip the upcoming shipment at no charge. If your renewal has already been billed, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been packaged or shipped, we may be able to cancel that shipment and issue a refund, less a 5% administrative and payment-processing fee . Once an order has been packaged or shipped, it cannot be it or issue a refund. Cancellations: You can cancel subscriptions through your customer account at any time. Complete cancellation before the next billing date to prevent the next recurring order from processing.
