Berry TEA-Licious

This blend is one of our newest in-house blends. We started with one of our newest white teas, Moon Light White Pu'erh, and then blended it with our newest fruit blend for a deliciously sweet treat. Yes, you read that correctly....White Pu'erh. This is a rare and unique white tea. It is a Chinese tea that has been withered under the moon light (traditional pu'erh is withered in the sun). This will cause the infusion to be much darker than a typical white tea. The infusion has a light sweetness all on its own, which made it a perfect match for the berry blend. The berry blend lends a natural sweetness without any additional sugar. It is a blend of antioxidant rich berries including elderberries, raspberries, cherries as well as hibiscus, rose, and other fruits creating a balanced flavor.
 
Ingredients: white tea, apple, sultanas, hibiscus, elderberries, coconut, banana, rose petals, cherries, raspberries
 
Brewing instructions: 1 tsp (3g) / 8-10 oz water /180-190°F / 3-4 minutes
Double the amount of tea leaves for iced tea
 
Teas are packaged in resealable, biodegradable rice bags. Tins may be available for purchase separately.
