Berry TEA-Licious

Berry Tea-Licious is one of our own in-house creations, pairing the distinctive character of Moon Light White Pu'erh with a colorful blend of fruits and berries. The tea provides a smooth, gently sweet foundation, while elderberries, cherries, raspberries, apple, and sultanas bring layers of fruitiness. Hibiscus adds a pleasant tartness, with coconut, banana, and rose petals rounding out the blend with subtle sweetness and a delicate floral finish.

The result is a beautifully balanced cup that's fruity and naturally sweet without added sugar, while still allowing the character of the white tea to come through. Delicious served hot and especially refreshing over ice.

And yes, you read that correctly:

Moon Light White Pu'erh is a rare and unusual Chinese tea. Unlike traditional pu'erh, which is typically withered in the sun, Moon Light White Pu'erh is withered under the moonlight, giving it a character all its own. Don't be surprised by the cup, its infusion is considerably darker than what you might expect from a typical white tea. Smooth and naturally mellow, it has a delicate sweetness that made it a perfect partner for this fruit blend.

Ingredients: white tea, apple, sultanas, hibiscus, elderberries, coconut, banana, rose petals, cherries, raspberries

Brewing instructions: 1 tsp (3g) / 8-10 oz water /180-190°F / 3-4 minutes

Double the amount of tea leaves for iced tea

Teas are packaged in resealable, biodegradable rice bags. Tins may be available for purchase separately.
