This is a delicate hand-rolled white tea. It is a larger pearl than our green Jasmine Pearls - each pearl is approximately 4g. The leaves are harvested from high elevation tea gardens located in the Fujian Province in China. Minimal processing, hand-rolled, dried, and withered just after picking producing a very delicate and mild flavor.
Ingredients: chinese white tea
Brewing instructions: 1 pearl (3-4g) / 8-10 oz water /180-190°F / 3-4 minutes
Double the amount of tea leaves for iced tea
Teas are packaged in resealable, biodegradable rice bags. Tins may be available for purchase separately.
