Comprised of silvery, downy buds and large green leaves. Buds are handpicked before the leaf opens, then gently steamed. Produces a delicate cup with a light pale color.

Brewing instructions: 1 tsp (3g)/ 8-10 oz water / 175-185°F / 2-4 minutes
Double the amount of tea leaves for iced tea
