Similar to our Chai #2 blend, this is a blend of warming herbs and spices. This one does not have licorice root in it, but rather has star anise. It is a little stronger blend than Chai #2 and is one of the base blends in our Classic Chai Black Tea. Try it alone or blended with one of our other teas.
Ingredients: star anise*, cinnamon* ginger root*, orange peel*, green, cardamom*, cloves* (*organic)
Brewing instructions: 1-2 tsp (3-6g) / 8-10 oz water / 212°F / 5-8 minutes
Double the amount of tea leaves for iced tea
Teas are packaged in resealable, biodegradable rice bags. Tins may be available for purchase separately.

Yields approximately 9-19 cups based on 3-6g/cup.
