Ingredients: sarsaparilla root (wild-crafted), cinnamon (ceylon),*, orange peel*, ginger root*, licorice root*, cloves*, yellow dock root (wild-crafted), nettle*, dandelion leaf*, marshmallow root*, cornsilk* (*organic)

CAUTION: Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Licorice root should be avoided by individuals with high blood pressure, kidney disease, or heart conditions, and may interact with corticosteroids, diuretics, or medications that affect potassium levels.

Because this blend contains several botanicals traditionally associated with fluid balance, individuals with kidney disease or those taking diuretics (“water pills”) should consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

1–2 tsp (3–6 g) 8–10 oz water 212°F 10–15 minutes

Steep covered, then strain well.

For a chai-inspired finish, add a touch of honey or your favorite milk or plant-based milk.

For iced tea: Double the amount of tisane.
