Ingredients: Green tea, peppermint*, chamomile*, white willow bark*, catnip*, feverfew*. (*organic)

CAUTION:

White willow bark contains naturally occurring salicylates and should not be used by individuals with an aspirin/salicylate allergy, by children or teenagers, or by individuals taking blood-thinning medications or NSAIDs unless directed by a healthcare professional. White willow bark and feverfew may affect blood clotting; discontinue use before scheduled surgery.

Chamomile and feverfew are members of the Asteraceae (ragweed/daisy) family and may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.

If you are taking medications, have a bleeding disorder, stomach ulcer, or other medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional knowledgeable in the use of herbs before use.

1–2 tsp (3–6 g) 8–10 oz water 195°F 5–8 minutes

Steep covered, then strain well.

For a lighter cup that allows more of the green tea character to come through, use the lower end of the steeping time. For a stronger herbal cup, steep closer to 8 minutes.

For iced tea: Double the amount of tea.
