Fujian Province, China. Made using young leaves (first 2 leaves and a bud) that are hand rolled into tiny pearls and then heat infused with jasmine blossoms. Produces a light sweet liquor. Can be infused 2-3 times. This tea is perfect alone or as an addition to other teas. When using as an addition to other teas, go light so the Jasmine Pearl does not overpower the flavor of the other tea.
Ingredients: chinese green tea infused with jasmine
Brewing instructions: 1 tsp (3g) / 8-10 oz water / 175°F / 2-3 minutes
Double the amount of tea leaves for iced tea
Teas are packaged in resealable, biodegradable rice bags. Tins may be available for purchase separately.
