Sencha Chinese

The Chinese version of the traditional and classic Japanese Sencha. It produces a crisp & vegetal flavor with a bright & clean mouthfeel. It’s clean and crisp qualities make it perfect as a base for blending with other flavors, particularly fruits and florals.
 
Ingredients: chinese green tea* (*organic)
 
Brewing instructions: 1 tsp (3g) / 8-10 oz water / 175°F / 2-3 minutes
Double the amount of tea leaves for iced tea
 
Teas are packaged in resealable, biodegradable rice bags. Tins may be available for purchase separately.

Yields approximately 19 cups based on 3g/cup.
