Digestive Blend Tea

Ingredients: japanese green tea*, licorice root*, marshmallow root*, slippery elm*, plantain*, peppermint*, calendula flowers*, fennel seed*

1-2 tsp (~3-6 g) 8-10 oz water 175-212°F 5-8 minutes

For iced tea: Double the amount of tisane.

For a More Mucilaginous Brew Digestive Blend contains mucilage-rich herbs including marshmallow root and slippery elm. The blend may be prepared normally as a hot tea, but if you’re looking for a more mucilaginous preparation, use a cool or room-temperature infusion instead.

Add the recommended amount of tea to room-temperature or cold water, cover, and allow to infuse overnight in the refrigerator. Strain well before drinking.

2oz (57g) Approximately 19 cups based on 3g per cup.
