Moon Light White Pu'erh
A rare and distinctive Chinese tea that sits in an intriguing space between white tea and pu’erh—and depending on the tea tradition or classification being used, you may see it described as either.
Unlike traditional pu’erh, which is typically withered in the sun, Moonlight White Pu’erh is withered under the moonlight, a processing method that gives the tea its distinctive character. Don’t expect the very pale cup often associated with white tea—Moonlight White Pu’erh produces a noticeably deeper-colored infusion with a smooth, mellow character and gentle natural sweetness.
Soft and approachable yet wonderfully unique, it’s an excellent tea for anyone interested in exploring something beyond the more familiar styles of white tea and pu’erh. Its character continues to develop through multiple infusions, making it especially enjoyable for slow, contemplative steeping.

Brewing instructions: 1 tsp (3g) / 8-10 oz water /190°F / 3-4 minutes
