Peppermint White Chocolate Rooibos

Ingredients: Rooibos, honeybush, roasted cacao nibs, licorice root, white chocolate chips, peppermint leaves*, natural flavors, peppermint essential oil.(*organic)

White Chocolate Chips: Sugar, palm kernel oil, whole milk powder, nonfat dry milk, palm oil, soy lecithin, vanilla extract.

Contains: Milk and Soy.

CAUTION:

Licorice root should be avoided by individuals with high blood pressure, kidney disease, or heart conditions, and may interact with corticosteroids, diuretics, or medications that affect potassium levels.

Peppermint may aggravate heartburn or acid reflux in some individuals.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medications, or have a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional knowledgeable in the use of herbs before regular use.

Steep covered, then strain well.

Give the tea a gentle stir during steeping to help the white chocolate chips melt and incorporate into the brew.

For iced tea: Double the amount of tisane, brew hot, then pour over ice or chill before serving.

Not recommended for cold brewing because the white chocolate components are best incorporated with hot water.

PEPPERMINT WHITE CHOCOLATE ROOIBOS LATTÉ

For a richer brew, steep 2 tsp (6 g) in 6–8 oz water at 212°F for 5–8 minutes.

Strain well, then add warmed or frothed milk or your favorite plant-based milk.

Sweeten to taste if desired; although the rooibos, honeybush, licorice root, and white chocolate already give this blend plenty of natural and added sweetness.

Yields approximately 9-19 cups, based on 3-6 g per cup.
