This is an organic Indian White tea harvested from a small family garden in Bihar, India. Tender young buds are selected for this tea. It has a delicate flavor with delicate fruity hints with a clean, smooth mouthfeel. It's light and delicate profile makes it perfect to blend with a fruit mix like our Peachy Keen.

Brewing instructions: 1 tsp (3g) / 8-10 oz water /180-190°F / 3-4 minutes
