This beautiful and delicious tea hales from China. It is prepared very similarly to green tea except the tea leaves are left to oxidize a bit further (there's more to it than that but that's the simple/quick explanation). The flavor profile is floral and clean with a fresh mouth-feel with little to no astringency.
Ingredients: chinese yellow tea* (*organic)
Brewing instructions: 1 tsp (3g) / 8-10 oz water /190°F / 2-3 minutes
Double the amount of tea leaves for iced tea
Teas are packaged in resealable, biodegradable rice bags. Tins may be available for purchase separately.
