AI LAO SHAN (RAW) PU’ERH 2016

A raw pu’erh (shan).  Very pleasant, full-bodied, and flavorful.  Has some light floral notes with a hint of honey and tobacco.  May get multiple steepings.
100g net weight – compressed cake.
Ingredients: 100% pu’erh
Brewing instructions:1 tsp / 8 oz water / 212°F / 2-4 minutes.  If using a Gaiwan, rinse first, then use 10g/6 oz water/212°F/10-20 seconds.  Add 5-10 seconds for each additional steep.  Using a Gaiwan is preferred for best flavor.
Double the amount of tea leaves for iced tea
