Shou Pu'erh


A cooked pu’erh (shou). Full-bodied, very earthy and smooth. May get multiple steepings.


Ingredients: 100% chinese pu’erh (Yunnan province)


Brewing instructions: 1 tsp (3g) / 8-10 oz water / 195-212°F / 2-4 minutes.

If using a Gaiwan, rinse first, then use 10g/6 oz water/212°F/10-20 seconds. Add 5-10 seconds for each additional steep.

Double the amount of tea leaves for iced tea


Teas are packaged in resealable, biodegradable rice bags. Tins may be available for purchase separately.

Yields approximately 19 cups based on 3g/cup.
