Hibiscus Berry Oolong

Ingredients: Chinese oolong tea, hibiscus*, rosehips*, orange peel*, lemongrass*, lemon peel*, strawberry pieces*.

1 tsp (3 g)

8–10 oz water

185–195°F

3–4 minutes

For iced tea: Double the amount of tea leaves.

MULTIPLE INFUSIONS:

You can re-steep Hibiscus Berry Oolong, but I would explain that it behaves differently from straight Hairy Crab:

Re-steep the same leaves 1–2 additional times, adding approximately 30–60 seconds to each infusion. The fruit and hibiscus will be strongest in the first steep, while subsequent infusions will allow more of the floral, smooth oolong character to come forward.
