A beautifully smooth oolong from Taiwan, Jade Oolong produces a pale golden-yellow infusion with an elegant floral aroma and naturally sweet finish. Light and refreshing, it offers delicate naturally occurring floral notes with a soft, silky character and very little astringency.

Its clean, graceful flavor makes Jade Oolong an excellent introduction to Taiwanese oolong as well as a favorite for experienced oolong drinkers. The tightly rolled leaves gradually unfurl as they steep and are especially rewarding through multiple infusions.

Jade Oolong is particularly well suited to multiple infusions. Re-steep the same leaves 3–5 times, adding approximately 30–60 seconds to each subsequent infusion. As the rolled leaves continue to open, the floral character and natural sweetness will gradually evolve from cup to cup.
